Restrictions for lots 1-76 have been amended due to the polling results of the homeowners within the Quail Run HOA of plats 1 & 2. All rerferences adding additional restrictions(over and above the rest of the neighborhood) to those lots have been removed.
Reminder to all homeowners that all work must abide by city code, which includes pulling proper permits before working on projects on their specific properties.
HOA Dues
As a reminder, HOA dues are required by homeonwers in order to meet the neighborhood's tax, maintenance and insurance requirements. This letter's timing has been delayed, as well as the 2023 due date for payments so that we could obtain final budget information.
HOA dues have been reduced to $50 for 2023, with the goal to continually reduce them to the smallest amount required in 2024 and beyond.
The amount of $50 is due by December 31st, 2023. You can choose to either pay online or mail a check to the following address:

Additional Notes
The two most common complaints sen to the HOA that violate Quail Run HOA restrictions:
No trailer, boat, camper, motorhome, or truck larger than 3/4 ton shall be parked on any lot or street within public view for more than a cumulative of thirty(30) days in any calendar year.
No trash receptacles, garbage cans or receyling bins shall be located upon a lot(outside) unless hidden by an attractice screen of suitable height.
