On behalf of the HOA board, we would like to share a couple things the board recently met to discuss. Reminder that ff you are not located within lots 1-131 of Plat 1, this does not apply to you.
A good portion of the recent meeting was dedicated towards discussion about relaxing restrictions put in place by the original covenant. The first matter we want to gather some feedback on is fences within lots 1-76 of Plat 1. Currently only 4' black chain link allowed outside of no fence at all within these specified lots. We are putting to vote the action to remove the restriction or keep it. If you are located within these lots, please click the link below to cast your vote on the matter.
Going forward, the board will continue to look into relaxing more restrictions where applicable. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to email the board directly!
